As an avid shopper, I despise shipping fees. As a business owner, I know that these fees are necessary. So I have made a compromise... Discounted shipping fees.

All items are shipped via USPS from Chicago, ILL.

If orders are placed by 4PM CST, orders are shipped the next day and tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer. 

Total Life Changes products will be shipped with 7-10 business days. For local pick-up, after payment, please put a note in order form and you will be called the same day, and given the pick-up address.

We take pride in shipping our product with the utmost care. If your order was delivered damaged, you can file a claim via www.usps.com.
